Honkai: Nexus Anima Is Getting Its Final Closed Beta This Month

HoYoverse is dropping the final closed beta for Honkai: Nexus Anima before its full release. It will offer a substantial look at the game with more story content, new characters, additional Anima, fresh locations, and gameplay features.

So, when is the Honkai: Nexus Anima final closed beta?

Recruitment for the Final Closed Beta is opening on November 5th, which is today. The open-world creature-catching adventure RPG is bringing this latest test to PC, Android, and iOS on November 25th, 2026.

If you’ve been hoping to get in, you can fill out the recruitment questionnaire through the official website. It’s a limited-slot closed beta, so completing the questionnaire doesn’t automatically guarantee access. Selected players will be notified through the eligibility checker, email, SMS, and other channels. Also, your progress will be wiped once the test ends.

And what exactly is in store in this upcoming Honkai: Nexus Anima final closed beta? Well, you’ll meet new characters throughout the journey, including potential companions and formidable rivals. Everyone has their own history and perspective.

And because adventuring around an open world can get tiring, you’ll be able to return to your own RV whenever you want to take a break. There’s also the option to build habitats for Anima while exploring the map.

Speaking of Anima, the final closed beta test of Honkai: Nexus Anima will introduce their Chromatic forms. You’ll also find younger Anima that can accompany you on your adventures. These little guys will actually grow alongside you.

HoYoverse is also making some changes to the Eidos Event Bond and Anima Event Bond systems. The first 5-star Eidos or Anima you obtain is guaranteed to be the currently featured limited one. Also, getting the limited Eidos will let you claim its matching Anima Companion for free.
