Little Bat Games has announced that the BAFTA-nominated vampire therapy sim, Vampire Therapist, will launch on Android and iOS on November 24, 2026. Originally released on PC in 2024 before making its way to console this year, the mobile version will include the base game, all free content updates, and the Couples Therapy DLC pack.
Get ready to help troubled vampires find inner peace
So, Vampire Therapist is a narrative adventure that mixes dark comedy with surprisingly thoughtful conversations about mental health. Taking inspiration from works such as What We Do in the Shadows and Young Frankenstein, the game lets you play as Sam, a reformed vampire and former Wild West gunslinger who decides to help other bloodsuckers work through their emotional struggle.
Instead of hunting monsters or fighting your way through dungeons, you’ll spend your time listening to clients and helping them make sense of their immortal lives. I like how the game features vampires from different historical periods, including ancient Greece, Renaissance Italy, and more, each bringing their own baggage to the therapy room.
What makes Vampire Therapist stand out is how it incorporates real cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) concepts into its gameplay. Developed with guidance from licensed therapists, these techniques teach you to identify cognitive distortions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and help your clients see situations from a different perspective.
Vampire Therapist will launch on Android and iOS on November 24, 2026. Android users can pre-register via the Google Play Store, while iOS users will have to wait for the game to be listed on the App Store.
