Silent Hill f Manga Announced With Original Story Exploring Fox Mask Man’s Past

Konami has announced that Silent Hill f is getting a new manga adaptation starring the Fox Mask Man. Serialization is scheduled to begin in Weekly Famitsu in late 2026.

The manga will feature an original story structured in two parts. Konami and Silent Hill f scenario writer Ryukishi07 are fully supervising the scenario.

The first part will focus on Kotoyuki’s past, starting with his childhood and tracing the circumstances that eventually led him to become the Fox Mask Man. Details regarding the second half of the story have not been announced.

Up-and-coming manga artist Ayato is handling the adaptation. Ayato has also drawn a new key visual ahead of the manga’s serialization.

Silent Hill f is set in the 1960s in the rural Japanese town of Ebisugaoka, based on the actual location of Kanayama, Gero, in Gifu Prefecture. Moreover, the characters and monsters were designed by kera.

Akira Yamaoka composed the music for the Fog World, while Kensuke Inage composed the music for the Otherworld. Composers dai and xaki from Ryukishi07’s other works are also involved.
